In his workshop, fueled by inspiration and determination, Dr. Lepper worked tirelessly to develop a groundbreaking concept: the drum washing machine. Unlike anything seen before, this machine utilized a flexible diaphragm or bag to squeeze and clean articles of clothing with unrivaled efficiency. Dr. Wilhelm Lepper’s visionary invention, the Type 111, marked the birth of the first household washing machine – Matura.
